Bluetooth Connection Issues #1439

Expected Behavior

Search for and connect to SM-R180(EARBUDS) Samsung Galaxy Live Earbuds via Bluetooth. Also with Bluetooth powered on I would typically use the Galaxy Wear app to make a direct quick connect connection.

Current Behavior

Using normal Bluetooth connection device searches endlessly and never finds device. While using the Galaxy Wear app it also doesn't find any device. Connection was possible both ways immediately before the update and was already paired.

Possible Solution

Something broke in latest update with ability to locate certain devices that support quick connect.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Put ear buds in pairing mode by opening the case
2.open Bluetooth connection page
3.click pair new device
4.wait for search
5. Optional, open Galaxy Wear app
6. Search for new device
7. Wait for search to locate device
