Finger print verify and face lock screen on workinging

Device : Poco x3 pro Version : pixel experience android 12 vayu While opening the apps like Cred or like any banking app which require finger print scanner or facelock to verify its does not open and stick to that page only. The fingerprint verify and face lock verify pop did not come up after couple of restart it just comes once. Please fix the isssue as soon as possible
