video and audio stutter issue

Expected Behavior

video and audio plays smoothly and doesnt stutter

Current Behavior

when playing audio or video it stutters every 2-3 seconds. the audio drops out and then the video stops so the audio can catch up, it is the exact same issue as what the person here has: https://github.com/PixelExperience/android-issues/issues/705 but disabling hey google doesnt work.

Can confirm. Happening on the Pixel 3a. Horrible. Dlive, Bitchute etc. on latest 202205 build. Didn't seem to have this issue on the previous.

EDIT: Disabling 'hey google' avoid this issue. But it's back again if I want to turn it on.
