Hide notch and Enable blur bug in dev.options #30

Expected Behavior

When you use Hide notch and enable blur then you pull down the power menu/ status bar, the background will blur completely.

Current Behavior

When you use hide notch and enable blur then you pull down the powermenu/status bar, the background shifts to the top.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable hide notch in dev options(or the hide notch option in Display in Plus version)
2. Activate enable blur in dev options if it isn't, then restart.(I think this is enabled by default in Plus but please check)
3. Pull down the status bar/power menu slowly while looking at the background.(This bug is present in both Plus and regular version)

We don't support blur oficially, so don't expect a fix for that
