Pixel launcher / homescreen(system UI) restarts while exiting certain apps #3039

Expected Behavior

The pixel launcher/ homescreen(system UI) should continue to work normally after exiting certain apps such as telegram, instagram or etc.

Current Behavior

Pixel launcher / homescreen(system UI) restarts most of the time when directly exiting or navigating from certain apps like telegram, Instagram etc. to the homescreen in a while. Didn't test with other apps, it might happen with other apps as well.

Possible Solution

No idea

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open any of the apps such as Instagram, telegram etc.
  2. Now exit it or directly move to the homescreen after sometime.
  3. There will be a lag as the homescreen restarts. (Note: This happens most of the time, but not everytime)
