Sargo (Pixel 3A) cannot add eSIM #3530

Expected Behavior

Activating eSIM profile will succeed

Current Behavior

Adding eSIM profile won't finish successfully, always fails on "network not activated" error

Possible Solution

Review attached logs, seems like EID is not generated or available for eSIM/EUICC slot

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go with settings
2. With primary (physical) SIM card inserted, hit "+" button
3. Add eSIM by either QR code or pasting activation code (tested both methods several times)
4. Observe failure to activate network
