LDAC codec not working and having lag and stutter while scrolling in app drawer and recent menu. #3851

i am using pixel experience (plus edition) android 13 latest stable build. From the very first day of updating the rom from pixel experience plus edition 12L to pixel experience plus edition 13 with the help of orange fox recovery. i feel lag and stutter while scrolling app drawer and in recent menu. other issue is i am using realme wireless buds 2 and it supports LDAC codec but the device provide no sound to the buds but it works well after turning off the LDAC from the Bluetooth setting of the device.
