Display Flickering #4308

Expected Behavior

You should see buttons and icons flickering with and without on-going video call and a visible vertical flickering line.

Current Behavior

Buttons and top bar icons flickers then stops when being tapped

Possible Solution

Edit here

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Initiate a video call e.g Duo
  2. Then wait till the buttons and top bar icons flicker and observe a vertical faded line

/device rmx2061 /version Thirteen_plus

Only happens in Duo? Logs? Screen recording?

It can't be seen on a screen recording so I used another phone to record on what's happening.

And by the way I do also experience a laggy homescreen and app drawer while on a Video Call and after the call is done. It is like down to 45Hz Refresh rate. Got to reboot the phone to fix it. Phone refresh rate is set to Min: 90Hz Max 90Hz.

Hi. Debdeep. I just want to ask if the Google Play Device certification is related to the PE ROM or has to do with the certication. I suddenly experienced Netflix incompatibility and it says that device is not Certified.

Yeah failing on all ROMs as the word is Google changed something on their end.

Also about the display issue, unfortunately I couldn't get my testers to reproduce it. It just works fine for them. So I'm not certain what causes it.

Sir. I recently updated. I just noticed that the system bugs sometimes in the lockscreen. Passcode don't work. Basically you can't unlock the phone and use it except if someone calls you or you reboot the phone. Thanks
