Not able to play Video at any platform #4321

Expected Behavior

After Installing youtube when I play a video played for 2 sec then stop then again played for some sec then again stopped. I thought it was my internet or maybe youtube have some problem but to check that I open youtube on my browser and the issue remains the same it keeps pushing and lagging. This goes for any kind of video like Instagram, WhatsApp, google video, a video that I recode using the phone camera, etc at the very platform the problem remains the same.

Current Behavior

Same whatever I have stayed on expected behaviour

Possible Solution

I think there is something wrong with OS itself
