Can't add fingerprint to unlock home screenBrief description of your problem #4543

Expected Behavior

Add fingerprint to unlock home screen

Current Behavior

I start lifting my finger and touching the sensor. It complete approximately 90% of the circle which indicate it reading, then stop reading and timed out. It do this every time with every finger.

Possible Solution

Edit here

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Settings
  2. Security
  3. Face and Fingerprint Unlock
  4. Fingerprint
  5. Touch the power button without pressing it

/device veux /version thirteen_plus

Hi, thanks for the report.

Are you using European's variant of veux? We are already fix fingerprint scanner for that variant on the February's update. Please update your PE to the latest version available.
