Expected Behavior

The Settings should have an option for Per-app volume control.

Current Behavior

The Settings don't have an option for Per-app volume control.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch System Settings
  2. Go to Sound & Vibration
  3. No option for Per-app volume control

/device mojito /version thirteen_plus
