TikTok has no access to Camera feed #4641

Expected Behavior

TikTok should be able to get access to the Camera feed.

Current Behavior

TikTok displays a black image instead of the Camera feed. Animal Crossing Pocket Camp has the same issue with it's AR Camera.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open TikTok
  2. Open the TikTok Camera by clicking on the +
  3. Black image
