Expected Behavior

Screen should respond

Current Behavior

It's not responding when touching

Possible Solution

Restart the device

Steps to Reproduce

Using the device normally
If you turn off the screen and turn it on, it won't register the touch

/device citrus /version thirteen_plus

May i ask if your device screen has been replaced before?

Well i am sorry bui i have to close this issue. If you replaced the screen on unauthorized xiaomi service center, there is nothing i can do, and it's none of mty ability to fix this up. Non-original screen are frequently giving you an issue like this. I have been faced this issue from a lot of devices i experiemnted with. Once again i am sorry
