Thank you for reaching out and describing the issue you're facing with your OnePlus 8 Pro phone and your Phonak hearing aids. I understand how important it is to have both hearing aids properly paired for optimal functionality.
Based on the information you provided, it seems that the left-hand hearing aid is not being detected and paired successfully, while the right-hand one works fine. It's interesting to note that both hearing aids worked without any problems on your previous Android 13 version on the same phone.
To address this issue, I suggest trying the following steps:
-Restart your OnePlus 8 Pro phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. -Forget and re-pair the left-hand hearing aid: Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, find the paired devices list, locate the left-hand hearing aid, and select "Forget" or "Unpair." Then, try pairing it again and see if it is detected this time. -Please remember to exercise caution when rooting devices, as it can sometimes cause unexpected compatibility issues or void warranties.
I hope these suggestions help resolve the problem, allowing you to pair both hearing aids successfully. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
