Describe the Bug

every app work fine on wifi but on mobile data some apps are unabble to connect to internet apps like paytm,sportify,gmail etc my Paytm was not working on mobile data but worked on WIFI and then i tried WhatsApp payment system on mobile data using the same upi it worked (this in android 12 plus not in thirteen there were no option of 12 please fix this)

Steps to Reproduce

turn on wifi and mobile data both and then suddenly turn of WIFI then the problem start then happen (this in android 12 plus not in thirteen there were no option of 12 please fix this)

Expected Behavior

the app should be able to connect to internet (this in android 12 plus not in thirteen there were no option of 12 please fix this)

Possible Solution

i do not expertise in this so i am out (this in android 12 plus not in thirteen there were no option of 12 please fix this) logcat.txt
