Huge Idle Battery Drain on OnePlus 7 November update #5850

Describe the Bug

Battery Drains Idle Standby every 15 mins 5% down. CPU 07 shows at 2841Mhz ie at its peak frequency even on idle usage.

Steps to Reproduce

Justt flash a november update 13plus on the previous September update and see.

Expected Behavior

Expected to be normal on drains but its highly draining.

Possible Solution

fix the problem with the CPU 07 showing 2841mhz on the CPUZ app.
