Weird behavior of Night Light when Anti Flicker is enabled. #5857

Describe the Bug

When both Anti Flicker (A.K.A. D.C. Dimming) and Night Light are enabled, turn off the Anti Flicker, Night Light also gets turned off.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In Settings -> Display -> Night Light, toggle it on, then change the Night Light intensity below there, or just leave it default (lowest intensity).
  2. Also in Settings -> Display -> LiveDisplay, toggle Anti Flicker on.
  3. The screen color changes from amber back to normal as if Night Light was off. Video recording here.

Expected Behavior

The Night Light setting remains unchanged when just disabling Anti Fliker in settings.

Possible Solution
