No Ringing tone on outgoing WiFi calls #5917

Describe the Bug

Cannot hear any ringtone for outgoing Wifi calls. Switching off Wifi Calling and VoLTE solves the problem, but this a workaround, It is not possible for me as I live in a very bad mobile network area and am heavily dependent on WiFI calling.

Steps to Reproduce

Keep WiFi calling and VoLTE switched on. Make a voice call. Ring tone is not heard. Have to wait for call to be answered or disconnected. Till then no status of the call is known.

Expected Behavior

Ring tone should be heard on Voice calls even if Wifi calling and VoLTE is switched on
