Jio sim calling and text messaging not working on Motorola one fusion plus (Libre) #850

Can't make calls using jio on sim slot 1. The calling works on sim slot 2 but text messaging does not work on any of the sim slots. Device: Motorola Moto One Fusion + (Libre) OS Version: Pixel experience plus latest build. This is one main issue. Thank you
