Inspired by Noita's Messages from the Gods, this might be a fun solution to the problem that players can mine through dungeons, without actually preventing the player from doing it.

You could solve this issue with the same way as mod Twilight Forest did, meaning that they for example have a Labyrinth structure which has bricks which are almost impossible to mine without obtaining a special pickaxe which is in the chest within the Labyrinth.

It works well in twilight forest, because you are only intended to solve one maze in the progression system. I would like to have many maze and puzzle dungeons. This would need one unique crafting material with a unique modifier per dungeon type.
