Hi. This isn't required, we do relevant optimizations in our vendor https://github.com/Eagle-Projekt/device_xiaomi_fog/blob/0228a72184cfbd12a5b687dd652f491476b8f362/device.mk#L446-L454. This isn't relevant for Google Dialer, https://github.com/Eagle-Projekt/device_xiaomi_fog/tree/thirteen/rro_overlays/DialerOverlayFog.
