Vampires cannot hide from Dwarf Therapist #381

Vampires are not showing nicknames, among other telltale signs.

Note: ideally this would be a cheat option, kind of like the Child Labor

Just FYI, vampires also don't show nicknames in-game (assume it's a bug there 
too).

Vampires also don't show up with their fake Identity in Therapist. The 
Therapist always reports the true name.
Therefore identifying Vampires is easy - just look for Dwarves who have a 
different name displayed in the Therapist than in game.

Toady One fixed nicknames and profession names for vampires, but Dwarf 
Therapist still reports their true names. 
Dwarf Therapist is awesome, but I don't like missing the fun caused by vampires.
