We need support for the new Push/Haul labor added with minecarts!

Hi

I agree. 
I'm assuming this will not be too hard: 
the labor is already referenced in etc/game_data.ini: the only thing required 
is a GUI update.

Having optimized stone management definitely requires a proper handling of 
push/ haul minecart labors, and without having it done in DT, I have to do it 
by hand... which is doable but tedious.
