Update the SiPixelDigisSoA data formats and dictionaries:

rename SiPixelDigisSoA to SiPixelDigisCollection
rename SiPixelDigisLayoutSoA to SiPixelDigisSoAv2, and replace SiPixelDigisLayout<> with SiPixelDigisSoAv2
update the dictionaries

Update the SiPixelDigiErrorsSoA data formats and dictionaries:

rename SiPixelDigiErrorsSoA to SiPixelDigiErrorsCollection
rename SiPixelDigiErrorsLayoutSoA to SiPixelDigiErrorsSoA, and replace SiPixelDigiErrorsLayout<> with SiPixelDigiErrorsSoA
update the dictionaries
