GrandMA enhancement #41

Enhancements request. GrandMA selection to max default to max pixels per port

This will be in build 24 ... hold the select + up button when the controller boots and on the screen it will tell you it is defaulting to the GrandMA settings ... 680 pixels per port @ 100% mapped to 4 universes each starting at universe 1.
