Misc Tweaks

Need to make sure that everything works properly and add some metric tracking:

• [x] Setup Google Analytics
• [x] Get domain (focusblock.stream)
• [x] Setup domain on nodehost
• [x] Setup server side app on heroku
• [x] Make sure emails do not hit spam
• [x] If email is not entered, make sure to not send email
• [x] On edit or new block creation, the url disappears as it resets the component. Grab the url from the window
• [x] Need to figure out how to get user id to navigate back to if in other routes
• [x] Design favicon
