Implement new time block design

Take finalized design and implement via code!

Steps to follow:

• [x] Setup a component in React
• [x] Setup data structure in block form/focus block components to handle creating FocusBlock component
• [x] Get SCSS imported into project
• [x] Finalize design on FocusBlock component via Sketch and code

Form Creation

React brings everything into components, even forms. We want to create a form that will generate a FocusBlock component:

• [x] Create BlockForm Component
• [x] On submit, trigger event on dashboard component that will create a new FocusBlock and set it in dashboard props (list of FocusBlocks)

Adding design and implementation for creating a focus block. Need to tweak a few things:

• [x] Add input form checks
• [ ] Add custom input for focus time
• [x] Implement design for actual focus block

At the point of implementing the focus block design. I think on next stream I'm going to want to revamp the design of the focus block. From there I believe I can actually move onto implementing the timer for it.
