Manage Comments #125

Since you're going to allow comments, I think adding a method to manage the comments would be a nice (maybe even required) feature.

I suppose the easiest and most logical solution would be a allow the playlist manager the ability to hide a comment. Another alternative would be to give the users the ability to give a thumbs up/down rating to comments and if the thumbs down exceeds a threshold the comment would automatically be hidden from view.

I feel like the intention isn't for this to be like reddit/facebook. Most playlists will be between friends so it would be more like a conversation than a post that requires upvoting. YMMV
