Adding SideMenu Members List

We finally setup the proper SideMenu to show a list of members for each playlist. Here is the work that was included:

• Adding proper Redux support
• Adding proper mock members

Things that will be needed when service is in

• Proper way to find new members
• Setting up a way to properly add member to state locally
