distortion upon converting from Flip video

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using winff to convert a Flip video file to .wmv file.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the same video dimensions with the .wmv file as I get with the Flip 
video file.  Instead, the picture is elongated; distorted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The lastest version (as of 11/19/10) on Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm barely literate with all this...sorry if this turns out to be a dumb 
question.  Thanks.

Sorry for not responding to this bug.

For us to help it is important that we know which preset you used, as some of 
the presets are designed to change the output size. Therefore it is easily 
possible that the chosen preset was not optimal for your purpose.
