Windows Media Encoder Codec 9.2? #129

Does Windows Media Codec 9.2 exist in the software to allow for conversion to 
that format?  It would be very helpful.

If it is already in the software where can I find this?

I usually converting from a MPG to a WMV but the WMV format is not 9.2 codec...

I don't know of a preset that converts to this codec. I don't know if ffmpeg 
can do it already. Please verify on the web-site of ffmpeg or use the command 
prompt:

ffmpeg -formats
