What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run winff on avi file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

no prefix

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

winff 1.4.0

windows 7 home premium

Same problem with Vista Ultimate.
It it occurs with any? eg mpg,avi file extension where output extension is the 
same as input extension.

Fixed in svn revision r615 for the winff-1.4 branch. Will be part of winff 
1.4.2 soon.
