Winff does not remember the 'display command line' setting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Open WinFF
1. Check Option > Display Cmd Line
2. Close WinFF
3. Reopen WinFF 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The 'Display Cmd Line' option remained unchecked while it should

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver 1.4.2 on window x64 

Please provide any additional information below.
There's no entries related to this setting in cfg.xml, maybe someone forget it?
