What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In attachment
2.Version od WinFF 1.0.0 
3. I cant convert mp4 to 3gp from any format.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please specify which preset you used.

It looks like you tried to use a preset which uses amr codec. It is probably an 
old
preset and currently not supported anymore, because amr codec is unsupported in
ffmpeg due to legal issues.

Please use an other preset.

Ffmpeg removed the amr codec. So i had to too
