Add /usr/local/bin for FFplay executable search #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install FFmpeg SVN:
HOWTO: Install and use the latest FFmpeg and x264
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=786095

2. Install WinFF from the repository
3. Attempt to convert file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: play file with "Play button"

Result: WinFF gives error:
"Could not find FFplay"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinFF 0.45 on Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope 9.04.

Please provide any additional information below.

WinFF seems to automatically find my compiled FFmpeg binary in
"/usr/local/bin/", but it fails to find the FFplay binary in the same
directory.  This can be resolved by manually pointing WinFF to look in the
correct directory.

One Ubuntu user has started numerous threads asking how to fix this as you
can see here:
