Crashes when click on Convert

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload any video file
2. Fill all required fields
3. Click Convert

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The command line opens up for about 5 seconds then I get the error "winff
has stopped working"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest Version on Vista(x64)

Please provide any additional information below.
Whenever I try to convert a video, I get that error saying that the program
has stopped working.
