Wish-list: Tab to specify start position and clip length #80

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In version 1.2, the user most know the -ss and -t parameters and add them
to the "Additional Command Line Parameters (advanced)" field to make use of
this feature. Being a popular desire to only convert a segment of a video,
this feature should have a tab entailed something like "Time." Within it,
there should be hour,minute,and second fields for both the "Start Time" and
"Clip Length."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2 on Windows Vista
