Remove network check on plugin load
Test

Browser Testing
1. Pull down branch
2. Make sure you have internet connection.
3. Open index.html on browser.
4. [ ] Verify that the page would indicate that you are online
5. Turn off your network/wifi
6. [ ] Verify that the page would indicate that you are offline
