Since i believe someone assigned themselves this, i'll shed some more light on the concept:
Prisoners of war would be NT, Syndicate, or whomever who have done terrible crimes. It'll largely be an RP role.
I'm thinking of either putting them in Science or Expeditionary, where they have an area that they spawn (like SCP D-class, in a small similarity). They can be used by expeditionary teams for extra hands/holding materials, etc. and will probably get some kind of special suit that can only be removed by an outside force, and has a tracker on it so they can't easily escape without forcing it off. The suit could also maybe have a setting that enables pacifism on the wearer, stopping them from comitting harmful acts as long as it's worn so they don't backstab expeditionary teams. Maybe even a remote/console that can lock the suit's movements remotely, but they can be emagged to destroy the tracker and transponder. These people are largely members of megacorps who came with the intention of destroying the entire settlement and everyone on it.
For the prisoner suit, it's also a good chance to start the design of bulkier diving suits that are most robust and shitty compared to NT hardsuits. I'm thinking a doafter to put the helmet on, and the suit, etc. (Also could be a good time to test the system i'm going to use for deep sea pressure suits for the trench, in which upon equipping/unequipping after a doafter they will mechanically bind with their host's interior and cause bleeding that needs to be stopped before moving on. Prevents the suit from being used all the time. Completely optional, as i'm not really sure if there's a system for that yet. I'm gonna make this it's own issue. This is now #73)
Science could use them to test artifacts or something idk, science players love doing that shit
YOU! The soul who is making this
You can really just start by making the role and stuff, the suit and other stuff can be a later project, not everything needs to be done at once O7
