We need some seabound plants. Kelp, seaweed, coral (yes. i know it's an animal). Mostly for decoration, but they can be used for things too i suppose. Kelp should be microwaveable to be dried and used to make sushi or eaten raw.
Bioluminecent kelp would be cool as well, to make the ocean a little less pitch black.
