Great project, thank you for sharing it. I know you are just starting to post info on various parts of the project and I look forward to your updates. Are you able to add any info on the Juki Nozzle Changer? Any setup, connection, configuration and programming needed for the changer operation and it's servo drive. A video of it changing bits would be wonderful.

Thanks a lot! Glad you like it ;) I first started with developing a Nozzle Changer where the Nozzle slides in from the side. I did not like this design because you need to be perfectly positioned in X, Y and Z-Coordinates inorder for the machine not to bump into the print and loose steps. This is why I designed this Nozzle Changer. You will need a 9g Servo, a Ball Joint from a cheap 2mm RC steering Joint (Link) and a couple of M3 screws. The part is just attached to the Aluminium Rails and the Servo is directly controlled by the Motion Controller. I am using the “M280” G-Code command to set the angle of the servo. You can just configure an Actuator before and after the Automatic Nozzle Changer in OpenPnP. I will show the Nozzle Changer in my upcoming Videos, but I don’t have a date set yet. PixiePlacer

How do you change Juki nozzles if you are using "Juki Nozzle Holder (Tool Change Capable) = from Betz Technik "? https://www.betztechnik.ca/store/p32/Quick_change_Juki_nozzle_holders-_NEMA8%2F_11_hollow_shaft.html
