Image elements are not rendered #44

I'm afraid that image elements are currently unsupported. Pull requests are welcome to add this functionality.

This isn't high on my list of priorities as I've always seen Sharp as a library to render vector graphics. I think abusing the format to include raster graphics doesn't really fit into a good use case of SVG.

Hey i want to use it in editor where i can add individual sticker view for every layer .
