Unable to add meeting without timings #2

When scheduling meetings with clients, I sometimes may not know the exact time, but only the day. In such a case, I cannot record down the scheduled meeting, but instead need to record it on another platform that supports it before I transfer it over to MyInsuRec when the other details are confirmed.

Unable to effectively schedule meetings without knowing when I am available

Although MyInsuRec allows me to schedule meetings with clients, and correctly rejects when I try to schedule a meeting that clashes, I am unable to know beforehand whether I am free at a given date and time. As such, I will need to use another calendar just to schedule my meetings effectively, hence does not solve my problem of scheduling meetings (which is a part of management).

MyInsuRec allows the user to check whether the user is free on a date by simply typing in the command listMeeting, it shows a list of meetings with dates and times that allow the user to plan their meetings effectively. listMeeting also allows the user to filter meetings based on periods if he or she thinks the meeting list consists of too many meetings so the user will know exactly when he or she will be free. Hence, saying that "unable to know beforehand whether I am free at a given date and time" is uncalled for as our listMeeting feature already solves this problem.

Reason for disagreement: Not a duplicate since it is referring to different problems. This bug report is for how meeting time is compulsory, which I feel is a feature flaw, while it is marked as a duplicate of a different feature flaw.

Reason for disagreement: Here, I argue that I am unable to add a meeting without first finalizing the time, even though in actuality (from experience) this happens quite frequently. Oftentimes one may face a situation where someone schedules a meeting for, say, next Tuesday, but has yet to finalize the time. In such a case, I cannot record down the meeting yet.
