I dont know if you tried already, but its very good to do (but takes a few days) is to get access to the DEAP dataset following this link: http://anaxagoras.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/request.php?dataset=DEAP

How long did you wait for a reply? I'm sure if you request again now that the holidays are over you will receive a reply.

As I said before it's against the EULA to share the dataset.
