What am I doing wrong? Help #3

This bot should notify the status of P2P orders, whether as a merchant or customer, right? I have two days trying to get these notifications, but although I have learned to run python and node scripts, no script notifies me anything :(

I just downloaded the repository and reconfigured the .env file with all my data, I still don't get the notifications.

I can't find what the problem could be, I would really appreciate any help with the issue.
