I think I got all the user displays to be more desktop friendly.

The admin controls should be hidden now unless you're an admin.

To your second point, I don't think there's a good, clean way around this since they're all sharing container space. For now, it'll just push everything below it down when you toggle that to expand. Maybe we only allow one toggle at a time to be open? I could see that being annoying though.

In the future we could probably get fancy and have it only effect it's own space, but I don't have a good solution right now.

Merging this so clients have a chance to look at it
