Judgement restrictions in Neo Cosmos #10

I don't know what it is, maybe I'm just being an idiot and it's not a flaw of the mod but when I restrict all judgements except "Perfect!" on Neo Cosmos, I end up only ever getting "Section OK" instead of "Section Pure Perfect"

Is the mod broken?

Nevermind, this bug only effects the first section of T1-X, I imagine its a bug on the base game end with having a checkpoint in the middle of a section
