can I make it so that my friends can use this status by simply re-naming the application in game activity in my name to use it?

Your friends can use the same client ID of your app which you made on your developer section of discord and change the state and stuff accordingly... Idk maybe it might not work while deployed at multiple places at the same time but mostly it should check it out
