Filtered Config Sets #175

When I set up a Config Set, I would like to have an attribute that I can match to a client, allowing me to set up specific config sets for particular clients/client types.

I think this would be best done with tags. Allow a given configuration set a required tag, then allow clients to be set up will the available tags
