Major Update: Real time in-app chat Mobile friendly UI Support English

What to test:

  1. Using contact button should initiate a chat instead of sending email
  2. If the conversation has not beed accepted, user cannot contact user.
  3. The chat should be real time
  4. When in mobile view, a navigation drawer should show up
  5. Should support switching between English and Cantonese
